Scarpa Phantom 6000 Features

6000 HD : The upper side of the bellows is made of S-TECH Schoeller Ecorepel® Bio fabric, a Bluesign-certified high-performance material based on renewable primary products and free of PFCs. The lower part consists of a more wear-resistant material, combining the highly technical and breathable PU TEK with the HDry membrane that guarantees waterproofing.

Insole : Carbon Tech 3 SL consists of three layers: the first is made of perforated EVA for maximum comfort, the second is made of Airgel® for maximum thermal insulation and the third layer is made of carbon fiber for maximum stability and lightness.

Sole : Vibram® Durastep rubber outsole with Precision Tech Roll AC/D to reduce fatigue while walking. A reliable and durable material that provides optimum grip on wet surfaces and high performance even at low temperatures. Compatible with automatic crampons.

Shell : New Inner Shell 6000; The inner shell combines a highly insulating and water-repellent multi-layer lining with a layered upper that provides resistance and durability. Both are made of Wintherm® Technology, an active thermal insulation that prevents heat dissipation thanks to the aluminum film. An exoskeleton made of PVC provides better protection, support and foot protection.

Lacing : External closure: YKK zipper running the length of the leggings is waterproof and heat sealed, the lacing loop is specially made for easy use even with gloves. The closure at the neck of the boots can be adjusted thanks to the internal drawstring, it does not allow snow to get inside.

Internal Closure : Consists of a Quick Lock System that allows two tension areas to be adjusted independently and the fit to be personalized. Additionally, the rings on the floating wings allow volumes to be arranged in a single movement. Quick Strap Velcro makes closing and opening the shell easy with maximum adjustment and support.

Removable Lining : This removable inner boot is designed to be worn in your sleeping bags, in your tent, even when you are at base camp, thanks to its non-slip sole. The upper is made of 70% PrimaLoft® Black Performance Yarn. Percentage of recycled content, which stands out for its softness, drying speed and resistance to abrasion; and dual pull tabs for easy fit. The lower part is made of Ortholite® O-Therm, an extremely durable and thermal multilayer fabric that can be considered the lightest and most insulating fabric on the market.
